Somewhere along the way, we discovered Exuma, Bahamas, and completely fell in love. The Windex-blue water, breathtaking beaches, fabulous boat days, and laid-back island lifestyle stole our hearts.

And we thought… Why should we keep all this paradise to ourselves?!

That's how Drift Retreats was born!

We wanted to create something special for women. A getaway where you can leave the planning to us, laugh until your cheeks hurt, experience a little luxury, make new friendships, and have the time of your life.

We're not just your retreat hosts. We're your island-loving girlfriends who can't wait to share our favorite little piece of paradise with you! !

Sky! A former ballerina and arts school graduate, Sky traded her ballet shoes for a camera and now captures life's most beautiful moments as our very own Drift Retreats photographer! With her artistic eye and love of travel, she'll make sure you leave paradise with more than just incredible memories — you'll have gorgeous photos to prove you were there!

Teressa! Married to Rick for 30 years! A proud Mom, Mimi, real estate professional, and lover of travel and adventure! Believe it or not, she used to HATE flying… and now can't seem to stay off a plane! ✈️😂

Hi! I'm Samantha Pisani! I'm a proud salon owner from New Hampshire, happily married for 10 years, and dog mom to two spoiled pups who pretty much run the house!

I'm a lover of travel, fabulous food, beautiful places, and making memories with family and friends. I'm also a chef at heart who loves bringing people together over a delicious meal!

You'll usually find me making women feel beautiful behind the salon chair, whipping up something fabulous in the kitchen, dreaming up my next adventure, or chasing sunshine somewhere beautiful!

And then I discovered Exuma… and let's just say, it stole my heart! 💙

Having attended several women's retreats myself, I know firsthand how magical it can be to step away from everyday life, laugh with new friends, and do something just for YOU!

Now I get to be on the other side of the experience, helping create those unforgettable moments for other women. And I couldn't be more excited!

I believe life is meant to be lived fully, adventures are meant to be shared, and some of the best memories are made around a table filled with great food and even better company!

What brought three women together from accross the United States? A little sunshine, a love for adventure, and one unforgettable island called Exuma!

Sky, Teressa and Samantha connected through their shared love of this breathtaking Bahamian paradise. Somewhere between the blue waters, beautiful beaches, and unforgettable boat days, a friendship grew and a dream was born.

And just like that… Drift Retreats came to life!

Together, we wanted to create something more than just a vacation. A place where women could escape the everyday, relax, laugh until their cheeks hurt, experience a little luxury, make new friendships, and create memories they'll be talking about for years.

We fell in love with Exuma, and now we can't wait to share that magic with YOU!
